Shipments; delivery; title and risk of loss

1. We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation.
2. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery.

• Durable Packaging: We take great care to ensure your cans are securely packaged to minimize damage during shipping.
• Disclaimer on Cosmetic Damage: Due to the nature of shipping, cans may occasionally arrive with minor dents. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the product’s quality, and no refunds, discounts, or replacements will be provided for such cases.
• Policy on Damaged Cans:If a can arrives punctured and its contents are lost, we’ll provide compensation in the form of a discount code for your next purchase.Proof of damage, including photos of the wet box (if applicable) and the punctured can, must be submitted.The can must remain unopened to qualify for compensation.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Store purchases:

• Product with receipt must be returned to the store within 30 days of sale.
• Items being exchanged must be unopened and not damaged.

Website Purchases: These are eligible for replacement or refund within 30 days from date of purchase as stated below. Please email hello@apotheca.org to discuss the return.

• Any item returned without prior approval will not be eligible for refund.
• Used or opened items are not eligible for refund or return.
• Items being exchanged must be unopened and not damaged.
• All returns must use appropriate tracking.
• Apotheca is not responsible for returns lost in transit, unable to be traced.
• Items shipped without secure wrapping, damaged in transit, are not eligible for refunds.
• Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds will be issued in the form of check or reversal of original payment when possible. Credit Card refunds will be for the purchase price of the item less any interchange and/or processing fees associated with the original purchase transaction.
